1. Breakfast:

    • Yoghurt

    Lunch:

    • Olive toast w/ grilled cheese

    Snack:

    • Popcorn (Don’t know if this is healthy or not?)
    • Definitely didn’t taste healthy

    Dinner:

    • Chicken with rice and vegetables

    Dessert:

    • Cut up nectarine


    Planning on getting up early and going for a run or walk, hoping I have enough will power to get out of bed!

    Also convinced my parents to let me buy an Ab Circle Pro, does anyone know if it actually works?
